A long-term relationship with Newell Brands
For the third year in a row, Newell Brands has recognized HAQM Freight’s excellence in shipping. Earlier this year, Newell named HAQM Freight as their “2024 U.S. Asset Carrier of the Year.”
Exceptional service performance was the main reason for the award. Throughout the year, we maintained a 98% on-time delivery rate for Newell. On top of it, HAQM Freight’s customer service was always at the ready. The account management and operations teams demonstrated operational excellence while providing timely support as Newell adjusted its network for greater efficiencies. Trusted as Newell’s go-to for special projects and network changes, HAQM Freight was also elevated to Newell’s Strategic Partners list in 2024.
The award also recognizes HAQM Freight’s capacity and flexibility. We successfully launched Newell into our intermodal offering and were able to adapt to Newell’s spring and back-to-school events. Both our trailer pool flexibility of 70,000+ trailers and driver capacity allowed us to handle large volume spikes for the business.
Previously, HAQM Freight was named Newell’s Asset Carrier of the Year in 2023 and New Carrier of the Year in 2022.
Reliability in action for Pactiv Evergreen
On-time performance was the driving factor when Pactiv Evergreen, now a part of Novolex, awarded HAQM Freight with its 2024 National Carrier of the Year recognition. Across all Pactiv’s performance metrics such as on-time delivery, lead time, tender acceptance, and more, HAQM Freight received an A+ grade.
In its own words, Pactiv says the award is “in recognition of superior overall performance and strong commitment to partnership.” Pactiv manufactures food and beverage packaging so being able to accommodate large volumes is a key consideration in their shipping needs.
The relationship between HAQM Freight and Pactiv started back in 2023. Pactiv tested HAQM Freight’s capabilities at a small scale and then, as they built trust with the team and experienced top-notch performance and expanded into intermodal, they went “all in” with HAQM Freight.
